one of my new favorite style icons is miranda kerr. not only is she stunningly beautiful, married to orlando bloom & raising their adorable son flynn, miranda always looks effortlessly put-together. one of my favorite parts of miranda's street style is she recycles pieces, like her stunning handbags or a pair of leopard loafers. neutrals and classic pieces stand out by her use of mixing textures, like leather & chiffon. one thing is for sure that ms. kerr knows how to make anywhere she goes, a runway show.

the sag awards are one of the more relaxed award shows of the red carpet season. however, that didn't stop the celebrities from glamming it up. here are my top picks from last night...

oscar de la renta at 13? if only we all could be so lucky! little sally draper is age appropriate & glamourous in a perfectly pink & sparkly tea length gown.

the nominee looked like a modern day jessica rabbit. this was definitely an upgrade from her look at the golden globes two weeks ago. classic old hollywood glamour done right.

nina dobrev in elie saab.

nothing stands out on a red carpet like a pop of pink. the simple column dress becomes super sexy with the sheer lace cutouts & skinny belt around the waist. 

jennifer garner in oscar de la renta.

mrs. affleck sparkled on the red carpet last night. there to support her husband, jennifer looked a complete style star, showing the world that she can still make a statement even as a mother of three.

navy was the color of the night last night. amanda was my favorite in this perflectly construct mermaid dress. the statement pendant and long soft waves pulled the look together.

well today's temperatures were a lovely high of 5 degrees (!!!) but lately all i can think about is wearing pastels, bright colors & light fabrics. i also cannot wait to take off my snow boots & slip on sandals & flats. with spring break a month away, here are some shoes i can't wait to buy for warmer weather!

well i still have months till i move into my house for senior year, i can't seem to stop daydreaming about decorating my future room. one thing is for sure, i want to be able to show off all my favorite things, like sparkly necklaces & my nail polish collection. my pinterest has been full of images that i can't wait to recreate and/or make my own next year on a nightstand or desk, here are just some of my favorites!

holiday break & school has kept me busy lately, but there is one thing i can't resist to make my first blog post of the new year. the golden globes! the golden globes are my favorite award show because all my favorite actors & actresses from tv & movies get to be in one room together, all dressed up & sipping on champagne. last night's show was true perfection with hosts tina fey & amy poehler, but like always, the fashion is what always grabs my attention. here are my favorites from the night, & looking forward to the rest of award season!

a warm peach color, subtle ruffles & a perfect fit, jessica oozed old hollywood glamour with this stunning odlr piece. paired with a stunning diamond necklace & classic curls, jessica owned the red carpet.

nicole richie in naeem khan.

only hollywood's boho queen could pull this off on the red carpet. this periwinkle gown popped out on the carpet, & nicole's feathered handbag completed the look, making it the perfect mix of old hollywood & bohemian chic.

kate hudson in alexander mcqueen.

kate never fails to look effortlessly put together. her long sleeved gown was perfect for the chilly weather, but she still looked extra sexy with tousled waves & open cutout. 

emily blunt in michael kors.

emily looked golden in her sexy lace dress with side cutouts. perfectly paired with a topknot bun, but her husband john krasinksi may have been her best accessory.

lea michele in elie saab.

just back from her hawaiian vacation, lea's silver beaded gown made her fresh tan pop off the red carpet. with a sexy leg slit & her ombre hair softly curled, lea looked relaxed & chic on sunday night.
