"the great gatsby" has always been one of my favorite books & i've been anxiously waiting for the trailer for the upcoming movie since i saw paparazzi photos of leonardo dicaprio, tobey mcguire & carey mulligan filming it late last year. last week, the trailer was finally released (you can watch it
here) & i could not be more excited to see it this christmas! champagne, metallics, over-the-top glamour is what i think of when i think of a "gatsby" party and i couldn't think of anything more perfect than a great gatsby inspired wedding. the spring 2012 runway was also inspired by "the great gatsby" and full of 1920s inspired looks (see looks below from
marchesa, ralph lauren &
