(our first time in eighth grade with our class, our second time for our sixteenth birthdays, last summer for a fun long weekend & then our fourth time two weeks ago).
about two weeks ago, my best friend leslie came to nyc for the weekend. this is leslie & i's fourth time together in the city, & each time we have more fun than the last. nothing beats having my best friend in my favorite city in the world & like usual, we had every day planned out as much as we could. but we still managed to make time for walking around & just exploring. here's a breakdown of my favorite weekend in the city so far!
what we did.
attempted to get tickets for late night with jimmy fallon, walked the high line after dinner, ate lunch in central park, visited the moma, explored the new york public library & saw annie.
what we ate.
noodles at momofuku noodle bar, tried out the salty pimp from the big gay ice cream shop, brunch at penelope, afternoon snack of margs & guac from the rocking horse cafe, the cutest tiffany box cookies from eleni's & our splurge meal at beauty & essex (those are grilled cheese dumplings in tomato soup! amazing!)
